Our handmade yogurt is made from farmstead Jersey milk the way it should be, by dairy artisans who care about freshness, quality and sustainability.
On the farm, we follow practices designed to keep our animals and land healthy:
- we graze our cows on pasture
- we bed with sand in the barn
- we use biological pest control
- we have a vigorous biosafety program
- we follow conservation practices that minimize soil erosion.
